THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH THIS KIT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE MEDICAL ADVICE. Please follow all directions that accompany the products (the blood pressure cuff, fetal heart rate doppler, and urine test strips), as provided by the product manufacturer.
Use of the products contained in this kit is not meant to replace regular doctor visits. THIS KIT IS NOT INTENDED TO TREAT, CURE, PREVENT, OR DIAGNOSE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION NOR TO PROVIDE OR ARRIVE AT ANY MEDICAL CONCLUSION BASED ON ITS FINDINGS. The use of this kit may not provide reliable findings or information, based on a variety of factors, and should not be relied upon for medical purposes. This kit is designed to be used in addition to regular doctor visits and medical care, and any information you derive from the use of this kit should be discussed directly with your doctor.

30 Days from Purchase. We will provide a refund for the kit if returned, unopened, within 30 days of purchase. You may not return the kit if you open and use the urine test strips. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer unless the product is defective and/or is being replaced. To process a refund, please email us at with “Refund Request” in the subject line. We will provide you with instructions for processing the return and refund related to your kit.
Defective Product. Please carefully read the information provided by the manufacturers of the products contained in this kit, including any applicable warranty language.
If you have a product in your kit that is defective, we will replace the defective product if you contact us and return the product or kit within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. This excludes mechanical failure or damage due to user misuse or error. We will only replace the defective components of your kit under this policy.
To process a return or exchange for a defective product, please email us at with “Defective Product” in the subject line. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours for our response. The product must be returned, or postmarked and placed in the mail to us within the 30 days from the date of purchase in order to qualify for a refund or exchange due to a defective product.
Original Condition. When returning an item to us for refund or exchange please make sure the item is in its original condition with all original accessories and packaged in the original box otherwise the exchange may be refused or value for missing items may be deducted.
Timeline for Refund/Exchange. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for the processing of your refund or exchange. It may take a few days longer for payment to be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
If you experience any difficulties, mechanical failure or a device becoming inoperable after 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support (Contact information is provided below, for your convenience).
